Conversations in the car with Little Girl
Me: In the middle of conversation with daddy "Well that is stinky."
LG: Mommy - Don't say stinky - it's not a nice word!
Me: Well, I'm sorry. What do you want me to say then?
LG: "You should say "that's nasty". That's a more lady-like word."
Me: Right.
Ok this next one is hilarious - or at least, it's hilarious to people with my sense of humor. Giggle every time I think of it.
David was telling me about this homeless guy who held a sign reading as follows:
WIFE AND KIDS HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPED BY NINJAS
NEED MONEY FOR KUNG-FU LESSONS
If you aren't laughing right now - you may be dead inside.
Ha!
Ok. Those are my funnies for the day. Someone please do a shout-out to me. I need adult communication! :-)

Too cute! Stinky isn't a very lady like word after all...unless you are talking about poop....then it fits. Lovin' your little lady.
man what is with the corrections by the little girls in the back!!! Anna is all over us for saying "stupid". My sister gets in trouble ALL THE TIME over it! ha!
thanks for the giggles!
Love the ninja story. We must have same crazy sense of humor. And I wasn't aware that stinky is not lady like so now I'll quite saying it :) Just wait until BB gets older....Cooper's favorite word is poop. Everything looks, smells, and reminds him of poop!
Wow, you put the kids to bed, mopped the floor, did laundry, and managed to find time to blog too! You are way more motivated than me tonight. Send some my way! And I will make sure to say nasty instead of stinky when I'm around LG...don't want to cause offense to the little lady. And send some of her ability to sleep so easily my way too. I asked Reagan if she would PLEASE sleep until 8 tomorrow, and she said "I'll see what I can do."
Yeah, I would have to say "stinky" actually sounds like a lady-like word compared to what comes out of the mouths of my two boys!! She's going to be doing a lot of correcting when Baby Boy hits 4 or 5 :)
