I've decided I really want to start a recipe blog, but this is how it's gonna go down.
I'm going to still do my posts like I always do and I will sprinkle the recipes in here and there, but I will link them up to a separate blog that has only recipes. I will categorize the recipes by things like, "beef, chicken, crockpot, dessert, breakfast foods, etc. and I am hoping it will make it MUCH easier for you all to find the recipes and I will also take pics of the foods that I make so that you can see it and decide if it makes your mouth water enough to try it out for yourself.
This is the current plan, so I will try it this way and see if we all like it. If not - I can always make changes along the way and do something different. I will try to get all the recipes logged in there that I have posted on in the past, and if you have any specific ones that you want on there - please tell me.
Oh, and I need your help.
What should I name my recipe blog? The only thing I can come up with is........

I hope your weekend has been great. Ours has been full and I believe we may have lived at our church this entire weekend. We had meetings and leadership conferences and working in classrooms and all sorts of excitement. We had a great time, but I am officially too pooped to party over here. I am ready to sleep in (please kids, please) tomorrow and get ready for my week.
One thing that is totally fun this week is that my husband is taking Little Girl out to Chik-fil-a for dinner on Tuesday for their Daddy/Daughter date night they are doing there. I love our Chik-fil-A and all the fun ideas they have to make an exciting themed evening out for the kiddos. Me and Baby Boy will have to have our own date and I am sure it will involve chicken nuggets and ice cream. I'm just sayin'. Do all Chik-fil-A's do this kind of thing? I don't remember ever seeing this in Indiana.

What about Moddy's Menu? That would kinda link both blogs by the name.
Great ideas girls! Keep 'em coming. I wonder if I could have the word "Mommy's....something" in there, or if that is going to be too dated too quickly as my kids grow.

Was just gonna suggest "From Kara's Kitchen". Looks like I was beat to that one.
If putting "Mommy" in the title is too dated, maybe you could have a section/category called "Mommy's Masterpieces" for family favorites or best recipes that you're really known for (like your smores muffins, yum! I seriously make so many of the recipes you post! Excited about the new recipe blog!)
I was thinking of Cooking with Kara... but you know how original I am... (see my nameless blog..lol)
I do like the other girls' ideas of Kara's Kitchen or Moddy's Menu. If you really want Mommy in it you could name it Mommy's Menu.
