Hanes T-shirt & Necklace

So, I am in love with my Life group girls that I get to meet with (along with their hubbies and kiddos) every other Sunday, and I am so impressed with all the talent and awesomeness these girls possess. We have been growing in friendship and hopefully growing closer to the Lord as we have started this journey together in our group that started last October through our church.

I love it when God divinely appoints certain things and you know it is from Him. This is how I feel about our group. Love, love, love them.

O.K., well, we were at one of the girl's house one night and lo and behold we start talking about what all girls talk about - t.v. shows, jewelry and clothes.

I picked up two nuggets of information from these wonderful gals.

One. They shared with me a really cheap way to get the perfect little white tee.

Guess What?

You buy a 3 pack of Small Men's Hanes t-shirts for like $6 and you have a really perfect fitting little shirt that snugs you just enough through the chest and waist and it's loooong. And, you have t-shirts that are $2 a piece. I have kind of started wearing them all the time. It was a beautiful thing for me because I wear white t-shirts under everything, and by themselves, and with sweaters, and all the time.

Two. I found out my friend Erin sells awesome jewelry that is absolutely fabulous. I am "trying" one out right now for a week to see if I want to make it a birthday purchase next month. It's awesome quality and the styles are so fun and classy.

Here's me with both my newly found $2 t-shirt and my trial necklace.

So, there you go, Fashion Thursday by Kara. :-)

I posted a recipe for Sesame Beef Stir Fry over at The Recipe Box. I totally forgot to snap a picture, but trust me - it's a good one.

I am off to flop on the couch and catch up on some shows before I head to bed. I am worn out. Baby Boy has had a second round of the flu with a high fever for 6 days. Today he was fever free and I pray that it sticks. Please......please, let it stick.

I need to go to the gym! :-)
