Random Kid Pics and Such

Is it just me or is this outfit and this girl totally adorable?

And here she is all close-up and toothless. We have 3 more loose ones in motion, so we shall see how this sweet smile changes in the next few months.

And, just so he doesn't feel left out. Here is Baby Boy doing what he does best.....wear mommy's shoes, well, um, rain boots.

Life is happening fast lately and all this sickness hasn't helped in the craziness department BB had 2 rounds of the flu carrying a fever for 6 days each. LG had a fever and cough for 3 days and then we all have had sporadic coughs and sniffles and all around achey-ness just for fun throughout the last few weeks.

David is eating like a healthy man and I have felt guilty making things such as sausage stuffed waffles and the chocolate peanut butter banana bread. He usually will take a bite to taste it, but his will power has been strong. I admire him for that. My will power has been...... less than stellar.

Let's move on.

Little Girl's Kindergarden registration is on March 17th. Can we all take a moment to cry together? Seriously! BB is also going to start going to preschool 2 mornings a week like the big man on campus that he is.

Did you catch all that? I will be completely alone for 2 mornings a week in the fall. That is both horrifying and sad and makes me want to cry, and it is also so exciting that I can almost envision the coffee dates, the grocery runs and the cleaner my house will be. :-)

Too much for this girl to process.

In other news, my hubby was out of the town the other day and the kids were both missing him and simultaneously crying for their daddy. I called him and let him talk to them on speaker phone to ease their tears. The next thing I know - he sent them this.

We had to keep my computer on the table during dinner so the kids could keep looking at it and saying "hey- there's me! hey! there's daddy!" over and over.

Typical David. Super daddy extraordinaire. I love him so much and the kids think he is IT!

Big time daddy love at our house too. It's nice. I'm envious of your two mornings alone this fall, me and the bub just aren't ready yet. One more year.

I'm right on schedule with you on the two mornings a week free next year. I can't even imagine what I will do with all my time ;) I'm glad you guys are on the mend, that had to have been some tough times!

We've been riding the wave of sickness vs health this month too. ugh!!! Just when we are all well, someone wakes up with a cough or runny nose. We (Camille and I) did the flu thing....not fun. Here's hoping for a healthy spring!!!
