Sibling Love and a Recipe

Little Girl and Baby Boy amaze me. They are so lovey dovey with each other (most of the time) that it only adds to my blessing and makes my heart soar when I get to watch it as their mother.

I often catch them scratching each others backs when we are watching movies. Little GIrl will talk sing-songy to BB and say "Are you o.k. Bubbers? Did you get hurt? Sissy's here." And, BB always requires a hug and kiss from LG before he goes to bed.

It's just cute. I can't help but soak it up as long as I have it. They won't always be kind to each other, so while it is happening, I am going to relish in the moments.

BB has been sick for a whole week and has been suuuuuuper clingy. He requires lots of holding, cuddling, and attention. I have been giving him lots of time and sat with him for hours on end on our couch watching shows that I will never get out of my head now. I do not love Dora or Martha Speaks. No I don't.

I was trying to make dinner last night and I had to put my foot down with the little man. I told him that I could not hold him and he needed to go play or find something to do so that I could put a meal together for the fam.

He of course, cried his little heart out, like my sensitive boy will do, and guess who he ran to for comfort.

Little Girl had open arms and a blanket to comfort him since his mother had neglected to give him love.

I had to snap a picture. I will show it to them when they are teenagers.

And now, here's a new recipe for you. Go over to The Recipe Box and find out how to make Chocolate, Peanut Butter Banana Bread.

Nighty-Night Friends.
