We also rented a speed boat one day and cruised around and even did some tubing. Little Girl did one ride with me on the back and she thought she was pretty cool.

Thankfully, we all had passes to SDC this year, so we took one of our days and had some fun getting wet and riding rides. We took LG on Thunderation for the 1st time. My brother thought she would like it. Let's just say she had a face of total fear through most of it, screaming "i don't like this part!", but at the end she told everyone, "It was pretty cool!.....but I don't want to ride it again." :-)

We shared a condo with my brother and his family and here is how we found him and some of the kiddos most mornings.

Here are a couple more shots of us down by the marina. Notice I am in like 1 photo because I was the main photographer. This works out since I scarcely saw my makeup or the other side of a mirror for most of our trip. Having too much fun swimming. :-)

We did a lot of lounging around by the pool, eating until our sides hurt, grilling, the boys played horseshoes a ton, go karts, water bumper boats, eating 3 desserts in one sitting (i tell only truth here) and enjoying being together as a family.
Now that we are home, we have taken on a new project. We are redoing Little Girl's room. We are not just painting it and slapping on some new decor (all thought that is happening too), but we are putting up all new trim, painting her built-ins in her closet, painting her door and building her a brand new loft playhouse bed. I will be posting some "before" shots and some progress shots this week.
Stay tuned......

Reagan rode Thunderation and Powder Keg for the first time today and was freaked out the whole time she rode them, but then wanted to ride them again and again! Our girls are so grown up! Can't wait to see the new room, although I thought you were done with your house and moving on to mine! :(
Looks like a great combination of family, fun, and relaxation. Glad you had such a good time. Welcome home!
Can't wait to see pictures of LG's new room!
