Wednesday

I finally got back to the gym today. It's been a loooong while. I was still walking and running up until I hurt my back, but Julie and I had taken a break from the gym up until the kids' school started - for about 3 weeks. Then, I hurt my back and it took me out for awhile longer. It felt good to get a solid hour of cardio in and I took it slow so that I can actually go back again maybe tomorrow.

Back issues stink.

Baby Boy and I had a lot of excitement that included folding laundry, putting it away, putting spaghetti sauce in the crockpot and meatballs in the oven, reading of our newest "Cars" book and much more of the same. We had a nice rain to water our thirsty yards and gardens which was nice to be home with for the day.

The kids and I loved the spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, so I'll have to share that recipe with you.

I am off to watch the premiere episode of "Up All Night". The previews looked hilarious - and this momma needs a good laugh today.
