Thanksgiving Snapshots

As I shared with all of you, we had a lot of fun things planned over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had such a great time being with family and eating until our sides hurt.

We started the week off with Daddy giving Baby Boy his first "at-home" haircut and it went pretty well..........once we turned on a show and I gave BB a sucker that is. (Gasp!) Oh - don't worry - it was organic. :-)

We had so much fun at the Turkey Trot. Here we are (no makeup. don't judge) getting off at the starting line and geared up for our 5K.

Look at all these crazy people walking on Thanksgiving morning. I love it!

Oh and the kids needed a snack after all their hard work sitting in the stroller, so LG begged for a doughnut with sprinkles and BB dumped his cheerios all over himself.

Little girl opened up her first advent calendar stocking today and we listened to Disney Christmas music during dinner. She danced, she sang, she ate with glee. Very fun night. Great start to our countdown to Christmas. I think tomorrow is Reading the Christmas story. I love the holidays!

I will be posting pics of my house decorated for Christmas soon, but for now, I wanted to show you a picture of my new living room furniture. I have no art on the walls yet, so pretty boring except for the comfort and awesomeness of the new seating. What do you think?

And to leave you with a final bit of cuteness. Check out BB trying on his daddy's boots. Eat. Him. Up.
