Menu Plan Monday & Cheerleading

First things first.

Little Girl had so much fun at her very first game to cheer at last Saturday. The little kindergartner girls were nothing short of adorable in their little uniforms. LG even did a jump and shook her pom-poms when they called her name. She seemed to have a great time and can't wait to do it again.

Baby Boy wasn't as "into" the sport as his sister, but he managed to stay occupied during the game.

Did you all like the gallery wall I posted yesterday? It's always fun to share a completed project with you all. I'm excited to share Baby Boy's room pics tomorrow. It is certainly not done, but you will get the idea of his new theme.

Now, onto our Menu Plan for the week! Here is what we will be eating at our house.

Spicy beef tacos (weight watcher recipe), refried beans and sweet potato fries
Skinny Chocolate Chip Cookies - recipe given to me by awesome friend Cheri. I will SO be sharing these!
Italian Meatballs (ww recipe), brown rice and steamed broccoli
Leftover "Hot Stuff Chili" that I froze from last week. It's a Body for Life recipe and we love it!.
Cheesy Chicken Shells (ww recipe), and a big ol' green salad with a ton of veggies.
Taco Salad (one of my favorites

Do you sense a Healthy Theme going on here? I actually really enjoy a lot of the W.W. recipes that I try and it is so much easier to plan out my points for the day when I use one of their recipes. Wanna know the real reason I am eating so good this week? I am saving ALL my bonus points for Superbowl Sunday. I will be making dips and chocolatey things and salty stuff that has nothing to do with healthy, so I'm just prepping my body. Ha! It's how I do it people.

I can't link to Weight Watcher recipes unless you are a member, but I can definitely copy a few of my favorites and share them here on the blog. I plan to do that and give you the family review.

I hope your week is started off great. Daddy took LG out for a date night tonight, so me and the bubs are hitting the grocery store to get all this yummy food. Oh - and we'll be hitting Chik-fil-A for a little play time too, because mommy isn't totally lame. :-)

See you tomorrow!
