Do you have one of these?
It doesn't have Gym Bucks, and the prices don't start at $26.50 for a shirt.
It does have a t.v. and a little couch in the back with cute cartoons though that your kiddos can watch while you are shopping and spending all your cash.
It's called Crazy8!! It's a division of Gymboree, but the prices are way lower. It's kind of like what Old Navy is to Gap. I had heard of it last year, but at that point I think it was only an online store, but now it is making it's way into the malls.
Anybody else checked this out?
It is located right by the entrance to our mall, so I stop in there every time we go. LG just heads straight back to the couch (hilarious) and then I can just say - "Ok. It's time to go to the playland" and she is pretty much in a good mood from start to finish - which I can appreciate. A LOT.
I found these cute things there last time I went and they were all really reasonably priced. Baby Boy's clothes were around $6 a piece on clearance. Little Girl's swimsuit was regular price, but I always buy her swimsuits regular price. It seems that any time I "wait" on these to see if they will go down - they are gone when I come back and I am left with a choice of a lime green one piece suit with a pineapple on the front that nobody wanted or a glittery mickey mouse number that will not be worn by my child.....ever.
So, I don't chance it. I want sassy susie to look cute 3 out of 7 days in a a week when I know she will be sporting her swimsuit, so I just do it. If I see it and I like it- it's mine. Isn't this surfer top with bikini bottoms adorable? I also was excited about this sweater outfit for BB. I think it will be really cute for church. Not to mention the little argyle sweater with jeans.
I definitely shop more for my kids clothes than my own and as I look down at my black sweat suit I am donning that I have had for several years from Old Navy - I think to myself - Kara - you REALLY need to get to Macy's for YOURSELF - and quick!!
BTW - I have surpassed my 200th post by a few numbers, but wanted to do something fun to celebrate, like, you know, with a giveaway or something. I need your help though - I need to see some more friendly faces or names on my "follower" button. I know there are more than 12 readers - need I start calling out my cousins in Missouri by name here..... ha! Anyway - I would love to see who else is a reader and I will work on my giveaway from that. Be watching to see what it will be. Hmmmmmm.

KARA! I love your blog! I'm not sure I even knew you had one but reguardless I'm glad I found it! I just wanted to let you know that Jasen will probably kill you for introducing me to Crazy8. :) I just went to their website, and I'm hooked! Cute cute stuff!!
Hey Ashley! I'm glad you stopped by and said hi. You can just tell Jasen to get over it because this is how it goes down when you have a girl! :-) We can't help ourselves! Feel free to keep coming back Ashley!
I have heard of crazy 8 but have only ever stopped in on the website a couple of times. With prices like that I will have to try it again!
I've seen it online. Seems like a great deal. Let us know how your clothes hold up and if good, we'll be doing some shopping online.
BTW...your beautiful house next to me is for sale. Could it be a sign? ;)
Alright. You called me out. As a cousin in Missouri that follows your blog, I am now standing up, and have signed on!
Thanks for the tip on Crazy 8, I've never heard of it. I'll have to check it out online. I feel like I'm in the continual hunt for cute & inexpensive clothes, definitely feels like a full time job trying to dress these 3 kids!
Cheryl - I am so proud of you. Thanks for coming out of the stalker closet! :-) Ha! I love that you read my blog and love even more the fact that we can keep up with each other through this avenue. I love it when people say hello, so don't be a stranger cousin!
