It's a Rainy Sunday afternoon.
It's actually supposed to rain all week long.
Great for the grass seed we just put down.
Horrible for toting 2 young children anywhere and breaking out of the "staring at the 4 walls" routine.
It kind of makes me dread this week. I really can't stay in every day. I already stayed in a lot last week with my back getting thrown out and then, well, ya know - the whole Cleanse thing kept me a little house bound.
YIKES
TMI Alert:
I took those Cleanse pills last Wednesday night. Today is Sunday. I am still having issues.
Ok. Back to my rainy day Sunday.
The children are sleeping and I am watching The Food Network. Bobby Flay just did a Throwdown with an adorable little Thai woman and I watched them make some amazing looking Pad Thai.
I have never had Pad Thai, but I am thinking I would like to try some really soon. In fact - my stomach is growling as I type.
Now my mind is drifting to me and the hubbies next date night. When will it be? Where should we go? Will my babysitter work for pennies on the dollar?
ha!
Ok. I am getting loopy now because the house has been so quiet for so long now on this rainy day.
Uh Oh. I hear footsteps and a little girl hello. Off to mothering again. Happy Sunday.

and she seriously is a good babysitter!
It was a cold Sunday here. Hope you enjoyed that quiet. Someday in the future they will stop taking naps...so soak it up!
I love pad thai as well as the boys. We eat it all the time. Yummy! (of course, I don't make it, we eat it at a restaurant) :)
i could steer you in the direction of some great thai restaurants. with great pad thai...and more!
