Perfect Cleanse.....my foot!

I finally got my Cleanse in the mail that I so openly shared with the whole blogging world that I was doing.

I may as well share how it's been going.

I started it last night.

Baby Boy woke up several times last night being fussy and I had to haul the stairs to stick the pacifier in and pat his buns.

The last time he awoke when it was still black outside was 5:00 a.m. My stomach wasn't feeling great and I figured that the Cleanse was doing it's job and a bathroom visit would soon commence. So sorry for the TMI. Just look away if you feel offended right now.

I pulled BB out of bed and went ahead to change his diaper. As I was buttoning his clothes back up, I started having this tingly feeling all over and I was becoming quite light-headed.

The only other time I felt that way in my life was when I was giving blood and saw the red substance that was coming from MY body going into a bag and I started feeling this way and was very close to passing out.

I felt so strange and very near vomiting stage I might add, that I quickly and jitterishly put BB quickly back in bed.

I immediately couldn't walk straight and started running into the walls and was having trouble getting out of his room and to the bathroom. David just so happened to be walking up the stairs and ran up and grabbed me to see if I was o.k. I said I felt very sick and very strange and I couldn't keep my balance to walk - like ya know - I thought I was going to either puke or pass out - or both!!

It was very strange. I will spare you every detail here because I am thoughtful like that, but I started gagging like I was going to do what I thought and it never happened. The other inevitable thing happened while doing a cleanse and my body started immediately calming down and my head and body seemed to gravitate back to the earth in about 3 minutes.

It was horrible!!!

David kind of forbid me to do this cleanse while he was gone overnight tonight, so I am POSSIBLY going to give this system ONE MORE CHANCE. Obviously if I feel like that again, then I am pretty much having a burning ceremony of all the pills, but I spent all that money and would like to just see if it works.

There's a strong chance that my body was just so toxic with sugar and carbs that I was fighting back for my rightful ownership of a piece of chocolate.

Yeah.

Well, I share this story to encourage you all to do a cleanse....

Ha! Right.

No, I'm just sharing because I am the queen of too much info and I need to feel like I have a group of girlfriends to share all my troubles with since I can't hop on the phone and call each of you to say "hey - I nearly blacked out at 5:00 a.m. this morning. Feel bad for me?"

Here's my Perfect Cleanse disclaimer: I did in fact skip a middle step to the program last night because I didn't realize the middle thing that you take is not a pill. It is a powder you mix with water. I don't do well with this kind of thing. I mixed it up and put it in the car to take with me to church to drink right before I got there. It had bound up into some kind of thick sludge and this gal couldn't take it. Not at all!! So, maybe I messed things up there when I nixed that middle step. My family members have done numerous cleanses and have not had any of these issues - so maybe it's just me! I'm crazy. Either way - this cleanse wasn't PERFECT. Yikes!
