I'm 33 and have everything to show for it.

I am turning 33 today.

Not the most exciting birthday in the world, but Jesus and I have something nice in common now. :-)

I have started getting grey hairs this past year.

I still have blemishes and wrinkles appearing at the same time.

I have 2 beautiful children through the gift of adoption that I wouldn't trade for the world.

I feel wiser than I did in my 20's.

Whenever I take a step back and look at my life I think "You're crazy girl, but you done good. You really done good."

I am healthy .

Unless you count the flab-o-liscious-ness around my waistline.

I feel financially stable and never worry where my meals are coming from.

It's usually from Trader Joe's or Whole Foods, so that's always nice. :-)

My kids are both beautiful, sweet and also very healthy.

David's and my family are both awesome.

I've learned to let things go that don't matter - like a perfectly clean house and a fight that has no purpose with my hubby.

I see my relationship with Jesus in a new way each year that I grow and learn from Him.

My eyes seem to be losing a little bit of their proud 20/20 vision.

I have yet to have my dream garden that I boast of doing every single year.

I have come to love blogging and sharing my life with an online community.

I haven't read The Shack, but I am starting it today.

I feel tired more than I feel energized.

My kids make me feel challenged and excited about life.

Being a mother is the hardest job I've ever done.

I am going to enjoy 33 because, by golly, when I turn 35 - I know I have 5 years left before the next dreaded number.

Seriously? I am too young to be talking about 40.

Better go put some eye cream on and color those greys.
