My husband is cleaning toilets and other breaking news

It's Saturday and while I was giving the kids a bath tonight, I smelled freshness in the air. I believe it was Febreeze. I don't normally smell febreeze or freshness for that matter unless I am the one on hands and knees wiping something down for the 100th time in one single day, but then I see Dave - all walkin' in with a trash bag full of diapers and nasty pull-ups and clorox wipes in his hand.

He then proceeded to ask where the Windex was and if we had toilet bowl cleaner for the downstairs bath.

I stammered at where the location of said items were and finally just said, "what are you doing?'

He replied he was cleaning and kept on going to do his Thang.

Well, in 13 years of marriage, I'm not saying I've never seen that man clean, because he is a huge help to me every day of the week, but toilets?

Nope. That's all new.

I think we just might be good for another 13!

Happy Super Bowl tomorrow (like I even care).

:-)

P.S. After much toiling and heavy sighing and frustration (because that's how non-crafty people do it) - I finally got my little heart garland hanging up all cute in my kitchen. LG and I are giving it two thumbs up. If only Shauna could keep pushing for someone to loan me a camera!

HaHa! Ok people, I know there are friends & family that live close that could at least go over & take the pictures yourself, if you don't trust Kara with your camera :o)
