So, my bubs has an ear infection and still won't talk much or eat anything. His fever hovered around 103 today which was DOWN, so that was better than the nearly 105 from the day before. He is so sad and puny that it just makes me sad. We cancelled our plans again today and stayed in to get him healthy.
We did have to run a few errands after our doctor's appointment, and they about did him in. He simply wants to be held and that doesn't make for a happy boy. I tried to be fast and get through the stores, but, ya know...
He got a good nap in the afternoon and seemed re-energized and content as long as he got to watch Toy Story 2. :-)
We needed to get out of the house tonight, so we decided to head downtown to just drive around a little bit. They have an artwalk on the first Friday of every month, so the city was crawling with people. We never got out of the car, just looked at the cool houses down there and people-watched as we drove down the streets.
We needed a sweet treat, so we made a long-awaited and long-overdue stop to pick up some Kara's Cakes..
