Weekend Wrap-Up

We just got back from a fun trip visiting family for the weekend. My sweet nephew Cooper had his 1st birthday party and my other nephew - Cameron - turned 8. We had LOTS and LOTS of cake yesterday. :-) On our way home, we saw this store and had to make a stop for our traditional caffeine hit to get us through the drive.


I haven't been to a Dean and Deluca since New York. It was a happy happy iced latte.

We also made a trip to the new Trader Joe's by my parents' house, and here are a few of my favorite purchases.




The Rosemary Raisin crackers sound horribly strange, but I can tell you, they are nothing but awesome-ness!!

On another note,

I got a fun little package from Target in the mail this weekend. Remember that shirt I told you that I ordered? This one?

It's SO cute and fit great.

There were 2 more tops in my shipment and to my surprise - they also were a hit. So - Yay for Target online shopping!! They didn't have the tops I was looking for here in Missouri, so after I spent $50 - I got free shipping for my order. I knew if something didn't fit, I could just return it to my local store and I wasn't out any money. Beautiful.

Lastly, I just posted a recipe for these Monster cookies over at The Recipe Box. Whip them up while the kids are at school and have these ready when they come home. You may get some hugs and kisses from your little monsters.
