I wanted to share with you guys a picture of a house that we took that will be a very similar style and color as the house we are building in Indy. It is very craftsman and my house will be green - did you hear me?? Green!! With cream trim and a "Winterberry" front door. Anyone who knows me, or who has read my 50th post with 5o things about myself, would know I heart purple and what I heart even more than purple is when you pair it with a Pottery barn Sage green color. It's so me. It's so cool. And, I so love it. This particular builder does all their houses in "color" and you basically pick from this wide range of fun bright colors and well, you get a colored house. It sounds crazy, but looks very cool. Here is a shot of the "Kirkland" style house we are going to be building once this wonderful home we live in here in Missouri sells. Check it out.
At this point in the process, we have had one particular family look at our house 3 times now, but no offer has come in. We have also had quite a bit of traffic through here in just the short 10 days it has been on the market. We hope this is a good sign and we hope we can start building our house soon. We feel so good about this transition and the way the Lord's hand has been in it, it almost feels like it HAS to sell quickly to stay in line with how God has worked everything else out to the T in this process for us. However, I know God doesn't always work like I think he should work, so it's anybody's guess if this house will sell today or in a year. Let's hope it's the former. I would appreciate any prayers that you my friends could pray on our behalf to get us where we need to be and that the Lord's timing would be perfect. I am anxious for Little girl to be in a place of stability. No more travel, No more - look, here's another new house for you to get used to, and etc., etc. She needs a break as much as we do. Hep' me!!
Ok - Lastly - if you haven't read my post from this morning, you are going to want to check it out. I am doing a Giveaway in the next few days and you need to help me out with my devotional life to be eligible to win. Good luck to my girls out there!

Kara, awesome house. It's funny, when I look at it...it's sooo you! Something about the color. I love craftsman houses too! Good choice. You will be so happy!
Your house is awesome Kara!! It looks huge. I too hope you can start the building process soon. Have you met any other neighbors where you'll be living yet?
Very pretty house! I love it! I'll be praying that yours sells quickly so you can get started and get settled.
Looks like a wonderful home for you guys to settle into. Can't wait to see the pictures of your colored version!
Kara~ that is a beautiful house! I am so glad that everything is working out so well for you all. Maybe that builder would come build Adam and I a house when we move? I have not been super impressed with the houses there either.... (:
