My newest inspiration from browsing the blog world. I found this fun little piece of art (they made a headboard) made out of a pallet. How adorable is this? I just saw a bunch up the street at my local nursery and I'm hoping that they will just give me one.
I am mixing up my living room a little bit to add some of the personality I have started putting in my kitchen. I bought some fun knobs on my trip to Anthropologie last Friday and swapped them out on my t.v. hutch. Very Cute. They look like these.. I bought the turquoise "rosy knobs". They look great!

We've had a TON of rain here these past 5 days straight. We are a part of a live reinactment of Noah and the Ark, I believe. It's been lovely. We had a few hours today of some slight sunshine, and I took advantage of it by running every errand I could think of while I could stay dry doing it. Unfortunately, that was brief, and now the "funder" (BB's version of thunder) and lightening is back in full force and the rains are pouring down. At least I will sleep good tonight - that part I enjoy.
Oh, and I realize I didn't put my weekly menu up last night, but the reason would be.....I don't have one. I have a ton of leftovers in the freezer and Easter meal leftovers and I plan on eating on them all week long. The only extra cooking I may do is to bake some chocolate chip banana bread, but other than that - I'm giving myself a break for a few days. It's a beautiful thing.
Did anybody else watch "The Voice" that premiered tonight? I'm getting ready to flip on the Tivo to check it out. It actually looks kind of good. We shall see!
