Where did the Cheez-it's go?

You all may or may not be aware of my Cheez-it Duoz addiction I've mentioned before.

I love them and when I sit to eat them, it's in 1/2 box increments. It's sad really.

The only one I love is the Sharp Cheddar & Parmesan combo. Nothing else.

Well, you can only imagine my dismay when I went to both Walmart and Target and saw that they had no signs of this particular flavor combo AT ALL on their shelves. They ALWAYS have it. This concerned me. Julie was with me at Target and I'm sure hid her head in shame while I tried to track down a worker to tell me "it wasn't so". No one was privy to the Cheez-it situation in their store. Helpful.

I knew I needed something to fill my cravings at night when I get those munchies, and I saw that they had a new flavor.


I'm happy to report, 1/2 box later, that they kind of make me happy. I'm shocked. I may have 2 favorites now. I didn't think it was possible. So, now that I know if they ditch my absolute favorite Duoz, then i have a fallback with this Four Cheese Italian yumminess.

Shew. That was a close one.

I have nothing interesting to blog about tonight. This is why you have several paragraphs about Cheez-its to read. I am waking up tomorrow and heading out the door with cash and coffee in hand to hit some neighborhood garage sales. It's going to be 75 degrees tomorrow, so I am SUPER happy to be getting some shopping therapy on the cheap in the a.m.

I spotted some pallets in a parking lot yesterday and I have to say that I considered theft in that moment, but opted to ask my local nursery if they will give me one for free when I order my mulch by the truckload. I think that's totally fair. :-) I can't wait to try my pallet art in my living room. I hope it looks as cute in the room as it is in my head!
