First day back

Today Little Girl went bak to preschool after Spring Break. Baby Boy and I headed off to Walmart to obtain all of our groceries for the week. Strawberries and Asparagus are super cheap right now and this makes me really, really happy. We then made our weekly trip to Target where I only spent $12. That is unheard of. My friends know that I NEVER go to Target and spend less than $100. I can't think of a time. Apparently I chose to stick to a list today and not follow all the shiny signs leading me to new shirts, clothes for LG, pretty pink Easter candy and my Cheez-it Duoz. I am growing up, people.

It was day 2 for the gym this week and my body is so happy to be back. I am stretching out really good before I run and I am being ultra-careful. I am doing cardio-only this week as to not spasm again. No thank you!

LG is completely obsessed with Cupcake Wars on the Food Network right now. I'm not going to lie - it is not good for me to watch these shows while I am eating healthy. It totally makes me want to whip out my recipe and make those Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes or try a new one like these cupcake pops.

Oh my goodness. Moving on. I want to look decent in a swimsuit this summer.

Baby Boy is on his second night and second nap of NO BINKY. He is doing great! I'm so proud of him. Huge, gigantic sigh of relief. It was really only one horrible nap of crying and sadness and he has been a real trooper ever since. I pray it stays this way. It doesn't hurt that he is getting a new Toy Story figurine character every time he wakes up successfully. Plus, his "Julie" brought him a new little puppy (stuffed of course), frosted animal crackers and a sucker to celebrate his success. Spoiled boy.

On a final note, I am a mere 3 followers away from hitting 30 and, c'mon people I'm now 35. I would love to see that number start heading up towards higher numbers. If you are a consistent reader - or would like to be - please click the "follow" button on the right side of my page.

Nighty-Night.

How awesome that Micheal has done so well giving up his binky! It such a scary thing to start trying to give up something like that, not knowing how the process will play out. Good job mama :)
