Here is my sweet girl - who looks SO grown up in these pics - with her new little socks and Small Paul Monkey Shirt. Thank you Target. You complete me.

Isn't her hair cute too? I tried the twisty-thing kind of like when you do a french braid and she was so proud. I thought it turned out adorable.
Here's a pic of Mr. Man too. He's so fast these days, he's hard to catch for a pose.

Today was day 4 at the gym doing strictly cardio and I'm feeling pretty good. I'm not laid out on my back again just yet, so I'm thankful.
BB and I did a little browsing at a fleamarket today and I was determined not to spend any money - unless i found something that I was specifically looking for. I wanted to copy some aspects of a kitchen I am in love with in blogland and she mixed a ton of vintage items, bright bold fresh flowers, industrial stainless steel and style coming out of her ears. She has a "Pepsi" crate on her countertop with a ton of cool things trailing from it. I would never pick it, but then I fell in love with it.
Guess what I found today?

Seriously!
I need to get a big pot of flowers or herbs to pile in there, but currently I have a lace vintage-y cloth in there covered with all my fruit and avocados.
I had to do it.
And, here's the other side of my countertops right now.

Dave just ordered new parts for our dishwasher. My man is going to fix it himself. Well, of course he is. Until then, I shall wash and dry by hand. Sigh......
At least we finished off our night with some Trader Joe's pudding made by LG and BB and myself. It was SO much better than Jello pudding. Wow. So worth the 5 Weight Watcher points too.

Trader Joe's!!!
Have a great night my friends. Is anybody going to whip up those bird nests from yesterday? If you do - I'd love to hear about it.

That girl is gorgeous! Love her cute outfit and hair. She looks so grown up in these pics :(. Also, I'm all over making those bird nests. Might do it tomorrow. I'll let you know.
we made bird nests with our own special twist today. ;) Butterscotch and I are not friends so I switched to milk chocolate and peanut butter. And I switched to toasted coconut on the inside. They turned out super yummy but oh so rich that you could barely finish even one! Also, we used the Robin's eggs- yum! I took no pictures as the color was a little on the poop brown side as opposed to bird nesty color- ha!
I love the little nest treats. I may make them at some point. I would love to. But I won't be making them for preschool party....I have outpatient surgery that day. And since I will have to eat some if we make them, and I won't be able to eat the night before till after my surgery. You see where i am going. But love the idea and still may sneak it in to our Easter festivities. My biggest problem is that Daddy & Kylee are not sweets lovers. Mommy & Keller would be eating them. Not nice to the waistline.
Love the pepsi box too. I am looking forward to doing some decorating in our new home this summer. I may need some Kara help.
Love Maks hair like that! Very cute. She is just too grown up! Make her stop! Beautiful!
